In contrast to the snowy cold weather we are having this weekend Lucy and Tony had a beautiful warm sunny day and thank goodness we could take advantage of the beautiful grounds at Loseley Park. They also had some fabulous "singing waiters" a great surprise for the groom and all the guests!
Thank you for letting us be part of your beautiful wedding, i think the photos speak volumes about what a lovely day was had by all.....
Olivia & Marc love Christmas so what better time to have their wedding. It was an intimate affair, on a cold but dry day in a fantastic hotel with a lovely couple, what more could we ask for....
We love all the personal touches we see at weddings and the wedding of Daniel and Katie was no exception, from the church which Katie's parents and sister had been married in, and her former Scout campsite where they had their reception, homemade jam as favours and transport in the shape of their very own VW Camper!
Thanks to a lovely couple for a very colourful and hot day x
Early on a Sunday morning we headed down to Brighton to photograph Becca and Andrew. They were naturals in front of the camera and the beautifully calm sea and creamy light led to some great images. They have chosen to have their engagement photos made into a beautiful signing book to use on their wedding day in just a few weeks. Thanks guys it was a pleasure and we can't wait till the big day!!
A short but fabulous day spent with the Handsome and Charming Alvaro and the Beautiful and Smiley Hannah.
The Love and Romance between you two left us feeling warm and fuzzy and made our job easy and more enjoyable than we can say, thank you x
Beautiful baby Megan, 6 days old and my beautiful friend Jo x
On a beautiful sunny day last may we headed to Hampton to meet Sophie at her Mum and Dads house. We walked in to find everyone enjoying a very civilised brakfast, the atmosphere was so calm and relaxed. We got on with photographing the details and preparations and apart from a slight wardrobe issue which led to an informative you tube video to help Sophie's dad tie his cravate everything remained very chilled!
We made our way to Denbies Wine Estate to meet the boys and wait for the guests and Bride to arrive. After the ceremony we were lucky enough to catch the Vineyard train right to the very top of Denbies to take some lovely family photos and romantic photos of the happy couple. Wow, what a fantastic view! We stopped half way down for some essential photographs in the Vines and then headed back to the guests.
After photographing the speeches in the Wine Cellar the guests went back up to the Garden room for the wedding breakfast and were treated to a very entertaining Reggae band in the evening.
Thanks Sophie and James for a lovely relaxed day!
Claire and Paul were married at Botleys mansion in Surrey, a beautiful relatively new venue and it was our first time there. So, naturally, we were very excited and the venue offers so many possibilities for photographs inside and out we were spoilt for choice.
We started with Claire and her bridesmaids as they got ready (very calmly) in the fantastic bridal suite and met Paul and his groomsmen just before the ceremony downstairs.
Paul is an accomplished pianist and the grand piano in the entrance hall was just waiting to be played by him. So he played for all the guests on arrival. The make of the piano being a Steiner suited him too as it was his surname and soon to be Claire's!
The rain threatened after the ceremony and for May it was a bit chilly, but we all braved it and did some group photos outside and incorporated the magnificent front stone staircase into a large group shot with confetti.
The wedding breakfast was held in the stunning conservatory and we stayed for some photos of the first dance before slipping away and leaving the party in full swing.
In contrast to all this glorious hot weather we have been having, we have posted a cold rainy day in March when we photographed a fantastic couple at Cain Manor in Farnham, Hampshire.
We didnt mind the rain as we had many beautiful photographic opportunities inside the atmospheric Barn style buildings and the rain even held off for some 'twilight' style Bride and Groom portraits on the fantastic long drive up to the venue.
Thanks for braving the weather guys, it was well worth it!
We recently attended a wedding fair at the beautiful new wedding venue, The Wild Garden, Hyde Estate, in Handcross, Sussex. http://hydeweddings.co.uk
Below are some photos taken in the spectacular grounds, products and services at the fair and one amazing, beautifully restored camper, we wish we could get married again just to have this!
